Also, there are always injection techniques that escape immediate memory.Procedures not performed in a while can easily be caught up on through this text.The illustrations and technical info is good. One area that might be somewhat lacking is in diagnosis.Some attention is paid to other potential diagnoses, but this is quite limited.Howeverm, it is clearly not the intention of this bbok to be comprehensive ortho-neuro-physiatric pain textbook.It is an atlas only.
