Beware though that your training instructor will be more precise and not lump some catagories together...classifications of injections. Also beware that Maximum Recommended Dose Charts in text books are not as exact as the manufacturer recommends...always use the manufacturer's MRD for your calculations. I also purchased Malamed's Handbook of Local AnesthesiaHandbook of Local Anesthesia: Text with Malamed's Local Anesthesia Administration DVD Package
