This is not a self-help book for getting rid of pain. It describes Recontrustive Therapy and Neural therapy, and you can't do them yourself. They need to be performed by properly trained physicians.

A neighbor loaned me Pain, Pain, Go Away a few years ago after I tore a tendon in my right shoulder. I readthe book and made an appointment for Reconstructive Therapy and NeuralTherapy with an osteopath near me. By the time I made it to his office, Iwas in agony and headed for surgery. The situation had degenerated to thepoint I couldn't lie down or use my arm at all. I hadn't slept more than30-45 minutes a night in several months, due to the severe pain.

Thetreatments totally fixed me, without surgery. I had relief from the firsttreatment, but it took several visits before I was able to use my arm againand sleep through the night. I had 13 treatments in all.

Definitely readthis book if you have any pain whatever, and try this method before youconsider surgery.

The book itself is good and will give you theinformation you need to make a decision about RT. I highly recommend it.
