The authors surely understand what are the practical challenges that a bench analytical chemist is facing everyday and provide a lot of usful strategies such as method development recipe in chapter 8 to tackle the problems. Overview, I view this book as a great reference for HPLC separation and problem solving manual for the analytical chemists in pharmaceutical industry.
