(More customer reviews)I personally found this book very helpful but also feel that at over $150 this book is quite over-priced. However, the book is highly qualitative and possibly worth the money if you can afford it. The book specifically focuses on semiconductor lasers and gives a good detailed explanation with graphs. The book although may have around 300 pages, it is not in-depth as many researchers would prefer. The books strength lies in the presentation and clarity on how the author wrote this book.
