(More customer reviews)The authors of this book are very knowledgeable on the subject but they have managed to write a book that is not over my head.It has some important information for all ages on how to prolong the life of your eyes.I would recommend this book, not only for those who are already at risk for age related vision loss, but for parents who want to teach thier children good habits now so they will be able to see as clearly, and for as long, as possible.
