I am a PhD student at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. I picked up this book on one of my many visits to the university library, early this year. I found it to be an invaluable source of scientifictechniques in the field of neuroscience. It is very hard to find all theessential knowledge one needs in one place these days, yet this bookprovides just that. With an excellent structure and further referencingshould one feel the need for greater detail. I believe that this is onebook every neuroscience student and academic should have on theirbookshelf.
