Say Goodbye to Back Pain Review

(More customer reviews)Dr. Hiesiger is a genius, rated in the top 100 in the nation in his field consistently. After 3 years of excruciating pain from having a surgical saw slip in an otherwise simple back surgery, cutting into my spinal cord, I was basically an invalid. Numerous specialists from around the country could find nothing wrong to cause the pain I endured 24/7.Blessed by contacts who referred me to Dr. Hiesiger, he not only found the problem, but performed an outpatient procedure which has given me my life back. He writes an easy to understand, yet technical book which explains what you should know about your back BEFORE you seek treatment, and definitely before you agree to surgery. At the least, the doctor you visit will know you have an understanding of how our backs work.Dr. Hiesiger explains the variety of options available through surgical and nonsurgical solutions. Plus, includes a chapter in the back on maintaining the appropriate lifestyle to ensure you stay as pain free as possible.I keep this book on hand, and give copies to anyone who hears my story and starts to share their own.If you are already in pain, I suggest you review the index first, and use it as a guide to the sections which can give you answers right away.It just may be the best investment you ever make in your back! And don't let anyone in your family or among your friends tell you all pain medication is addictive! Knowing what to use, and how to use pain relievers properly, as explained within this book, will enlightened your mind as well as those of family and friends.

Treat Your Back Without Surgery: The Best Nonsurgical Alternatives for Eliminating Back and Neck Pain, Fully Updated Second Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This book is an easy-to-read overview of back problems that actually helped me tremendously! I have been dealing with back pain for the past several years and visited many doctors, specialists and physical therapists as well as trying many of the "alternative" treatments such as massage, herbs, supplements, glucosamine, chiropractors, liniments and yes even drugs such as Vioxx and Celebrex with minor improvement, but never a long-term cure. I was pleased that this book provides many back-strengthening exercises with easy-to-follow photos and directions. I am very glad I read this book and highly recommend it as it has provided me my first long-term relief in years. Happy reading.
