Medication Errors Review

Medication Errors
Average Reviews:

Medication errors is a virtual encylcopedia on medication errors. This text provides a strong theoretical background and numerous practical tips for reducing medication errors. The book expands the definition ofmedication errors beyond the well-known "five rights" ofmedication administration. Medication errors also include a failure todetect drug interactions, too rapid rates of administration, and poorpatient adherence to treatment instructions. I highly suggest this book forpharmacists, physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, risk managers, and pharmacy technicians.
